Office Live Meeting Availability Office Live Meeting in Volume Licensing Select License, Enterprise and Enterprise Subscription Agreements Global availability Dec. 1, 2004 Currently available in English only.

Volume Licensing for Live Meeting Three Licensing Components: Subscription Services License SSL (like a Server license) – An annual subscription fee required for the use, activation and maintenance of service. Each SSL activates one customized URL for Live Meeting service User Subscription License USL (like a CAL) – Required for each user that accesses the online services to schedule and conduct meetings. Each licensed user may conduct meetings with up to 15 remote participants including the named user. Room Add-On Subscription License – Required for access to additional meeting rooms with a fixed number of attendee spaces. This license allows organizations to conduct meetings with more than 15 remote participants.

Live Meeting Ordering New agreements Customer pays for 36 months of coverage Payments billed annually Existing agreements Only pay the months using monthly SKUs, up to the anniversary date and then pay annually. True Up option is charged from usage month to anniversary and then pay for remaining years (EAs only).

Payment Schedule for New Agreement For Select License and Enterprise Agreements: At the beginning of the contract, the customer orders the quantity of desired subscription licenses Customer pays for 36 months of subscription Customer may spread payments on the anniversary dates of the contract Customer pays 36 months of the subscription (can spread payments over 3 years) ◊ = Payment

Payment Schedule for Existing Agreement For Select License and Enterprise Agreements Customer makes initial order at any time and pays for period from month of the order date and next anniversary, prorated monthly (i.e. 9 months) At next anniversary, customers pay for the number of whole years remaining in the agreement after that anniversary date, spread over the remaining anniversary dates. At initial order, customer pays for period between order date and next anniversary, prorated monthly (i.e. 9 months) At the next anniversary, the customer pays for the number of whole years remaining in the agreement after that anniversary date, spread over the remaining anniversary dates.

Live Meeting Ordering No SA for Live Meeting; services are always current Live Meeting located in Server Pool. Live Meeting access expires with agreement
