Demonstration 1.Start with the big end on the right 2.Cross the big end over the small end and pinch them together 3.Bring the big end behind the small end and hold it up on the right 4.Take the big end back over the top of the knot that is beginning to form 5.Bring the big end up and then take it down through the hole 6.Tighten the knot up and you have yourself a four in hand knot! 1.Start with the big end on the right 2.Cross the big end over the small end and pinch them together 3.Bring the big end behind the small end and hold it up on the right 4.Take the big end back over the top of the knot that is beginning to form 5.Bring the big end up and then take it down through the hole 6.Tighten the knot up and you have yourself a four in hand knot!
