Goals of the WTA Plan Enhance transit options: Add 31 new ferries to existing fleet Add seven new routes Triple ferry patronage from 6,625 to 20,682 daily passengers Convenient ground connections Launch new vessels that are 10 times cleaner than existing fleet.
