2. Biographical information  Dmitri Mendeleev  Birth place: Toboski, Siberia  Born: February, 7,1834  Dmitri died February, 2,1907  He was best known as the chemist who created the periodic table of elements.

7. Dmitri’s History  Dmitri studied science at St. Petersburg and graduated in 1856.  Dmitri’s table did not include any of the gases, however, which had not yet been discovered.  Dmitri anticipated Andrews concept in 1859 of the critical temperatures of gases.
