Some issues with some functionality not currently available in production Client Update Electronic Contact (CUEC) Client Update Manage Activity Statement Role (CUMAS) Client Update Financial Institution (CUFI) (expected by June 2016) Private Rulings Business Reports On demand (ODRPT) IT Client Reports (ICTRPT) AS Client Report (ASCRPT) AS Lodgement Report (ASLRPT) TT16 Plan on a page covers the TT16 delivery Some delays to iteration 3 has seen some major movement to iteration 4 Iteration 6 offers IITR in the MyTax format allowing developers the choice of implementation. While the ATO has no strict retirement strategy for the existing IITR format the preference is for one format as soon as possible and we communicate this plan further depending on continued uptake of this format.

www.ato.gov.au BDE Updates TT16 Enhancements RC 3 Student Start Up Loan – TFN Dec Potentially de-scoped from TT16, awaiting on official conformation RC5 - Exploration Development Incentive (EDI) progressing well from a project perspective, functional specification has been written, reviewed and awaiting sign off from Business RC 10 Third party data matching new measure – Shares and units At this stage BDE is committed to delivering on only the ASIC component (functional specifications, build and function testing)for TT16 RC11- Third Party reporting and data matching measures – AUSTRAC Progressing well from a project perspective, due to the complexity of this work second review of functional specification this week, prototyping of the code underway RC012 Gender Identity Changes Progressing well, all changes have been function tested with the exception of AIIR which is being built together with RC5 and Rc15 RC 14 Reporting of Taxable Government Grants and Specified Payments Full implementation due within the TT18 release for a 1/7/2018. BDE will only build the validation component for TT16 release.

RC 17 Share individuals data with New Zealand to allow them to collect NZ student loans Delays to project due to not having the skilled staff to write the XML schema and associated documents. RC 20 Third Party Data Reporting – Real Property Sales Allow for two formats flat file and XML schema, needs to be delivered into EVTE by April 2016 and full deployment in October 2016 RC27 – Business transactions made through payment systems ERS documents required in TT16, with a December ‘15 deliverable date. XML schema document suite delivery currently not set, due to resource constraints
