5. Need Florida Aviation System Plan – Central Florida Demand/Capacity Study -2004 “Based upon projections on demand at the congested airports, it appears that there is a need for a new airport in the region, even if all the committed and potential capacity enhancing projects are undertaken.”

13. REQUEST for FUNDING $50,000 Deliverable: Updated Feasibility Study identifying airport sites Study will then be used to apply for Federal Funding
