MAKING ASSESSMENTS HISTORY
AN ACCOUNT OF ILLNESS OR ACCIDENT AS OBTAINED FROM THE PATIENT, WITNESSES OR OBSERVING THE SCENE. SYMPTOMS SENSATIONS WHICH THE PATIENT DESCRIBES e.g. PAIN, NAUSEA, DIZZINESS, HEADACHE, ETC. SIGNS EVIDENCE AS DETECTED BY THE FIRST AIDER e.g. BLEEDING, PALE SKIN, SWELLING, DEFORMITY, ETC.
