Support: Training and installation of your local SMS platform (Frontline SMS, other) Protocols for SMS database use; maintain the relationship!

Build contacts, get updates out fast Support: Facilitate or run local media events: journalist trainings, press conferences, familiarization events (funding needed) Localized SMS networks, through a trusted intermediary (Intermedia) Overcome the information void: provide data and updates, eg. via Press Clubs

11 Build your Audience! Feedback means: communication is ongoing, it builds awareness and promotes change You gain better trust and mutual understanding You have an audience which will know you and hear you: if things change, if there’s a crisis

You get input directly into your programs: what’s working, what needs to adjust Your own outreach is faster, more connected, strengthened You have managed, collated, real-time feedback from the ground – which supports your national-level strategy as well It’s work! But it also works.
