Other activities Forest School – Monday afternoon second half of each term Family Groups – Tuesday Multi sports – Wednesday morning. Please send children to school dressed for PE in Winter PE kit

Ethos celebrating children learning and leading child led learning: giving children choices of different ways/places to learn including Outdoor Learning creative curriculum and linking areas of learning to make it meaningful Family groups – every Tuesday

Curriculum Our topics for the year will be guided by the children’s interests. To begin with this term we will be finding out about our new school, and the people we share it with. In our outdoor learning we will be investigating what creatures share our new school.

Trips Half termly trips/visitor Approx £60 per year for class trips/ visitors. Local community

Reminders Named water bottles should come in each day and be taken home daily All clothing to be named Wellington boots and waterproof clothing Tray system (green – book bag, yellow – link communication book, blue – water bottles) Dinner choices outside class (red – meat, green – vegetarian, yellow – allergy aware) Close of school: Monday-Thursday at 3 pm, Friday 2.00pm Sibling club - We have a sibling club for those who have a later pick up- children can stay there for 15 minutes and be picked up from the classroom before you pick up your other children

Safeguarding Keeping our children safe Mobile phones, no phones around the school. Photos only to be taken of your own child in school on a digital camera (not phone) – please do not share on social media sites. ESafety permission form, please make sure these are signed or your child will be unable to use technology in school. Correct drop off and pick up arrangements - parking - passwords Esafety at home – workshop this half term
