METL and ART have been developed for GTM, GTL, UDF, MRO and Safety They can be found on the National ES pages under the Curriculum Project

6 6CE.PPT Last Revised: 10 June 2003 Home Study Not all course need to be attended in person. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for one has a number of course that can be taken on-line or through home study programs.

7 7CE.PPT Last Revised: 10 June 2003 A good place to start… Check the FEMA website Contact your local state emergency management office- they often sponsor courses that are free The American Red Cross often holds disaster and other course training Sometimes an internet search will bring up other classes and training opportunities in your area.
