3. PRIAMOS – Fill out Applicant Registration Form https://ec.europa.eu/priamos/register Fields marked with * must be filled Drop-down value list Radio Buttons Scroll all the way down Click SUBMIT Check Messages. Correct any errors and click SUBMIT again. Registration Request #

4. Shortly after submitting the Applicant Registration Form, you should receive a confirmation e-mail from noreply@ec.europa.eu. PRIAMOS – Confirmation of Registration Request Double-click here to check your data

5. Your Registration Request will now be processed by USM. Once your data has been verified, you will receive an email with your PRIAMOS UserID and (initial) Password. Please note that registration can take a few days. Do not wait until the deadline to register. You may apply for any call for proposals and submit any number of applications using the same UserID. There is no need to repeat the Applicant Registration procedure once you have a valid UserID. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact USM: JLS-PRIAMOS-USM@ec.europa.eu USM – UserID / Password

6. Go to Search page PRIAMOS – Download Application Form Enter the Reference of the call in the Search Criteria (optional) Click SearchClick to access your Form https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/priamos/toto/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_frame Check Result List

7. PRIAMOS – Download Application Form Click here to save the Form to your computer

8. Once you have saved the Form, click Log Off. Click OK to confirm PRIAMOS – Download Application Form You are now ready to start filling out your Form on your computer (offline).

9. Your Computer (Offline) - Fill out Application Form  The PRIAMOS Grant Application Form is filled out using Adobe Reader.  All Annexes must be enclosed as Attachments within the Adobe Form. Click here to enclose Annexes within the Form Take notice of the violet bar: This is an Interactive Form. Please fill it out, add the required file Attachments and Save this Form. Save your Form locally. You can save as many times as you wish.  You have filled out all the required fields  You have attached all the required Annexes  You have saved your Form locally  You are now ready to upload your Application in PRIAMOS.

10. Click to go to Upload page PRIAMOS – Upload Application Form Click to select your filled out Application Form https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/priamos/toto/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_frame Click to start the upload. Wait for upload to complete. NOTE:  The only supported file format is the Grant Application Form you downloaded from PRIAMOS. Do not attempt to upload any other files.  All annexes must be attached within this Form.

11. Check the Message Bar. Any errors will appear here. This is the reference # of your Application. Please quote this number in any enquiry regarding the status of your Application. PRIAMOS – Upload Application Form You have successfully submitted your Application. You can now Log Off PRIAMOS.

12. PRIAMOS – Upload Application Form NOTE:  Several versions of the same proposal may be submitted by using the same Form.  Simply make your changes in your local copy of the PRIAMOS Application Form, Save and Upload your modified Form again.  A new version of the same Application is automatically created (the reference # remains the same).  Several proposals may be submitted by using distinct Forms.  Download one copy of the PRIAMOS Application Form for each proposal that you intend to submit.

13.
