Colleges Estimated Enrollment as of September 30, 2013 - 2,114 Current MoHealthWINs Participant Profile 80% Female Average Age = 36 58% White and 42% Minority 58% Unemployed At Start of Program 22% Under-Employed At Start of Program 80% Low-Skilled In At Least One Academic Area 6% TAA Eligible 40% First-Time Enrolled In College 34% Referred from a Missouri Career Center

18 Current MoManWINs Outcomes: 3 Colleges started 4 Programs in Spring 2013 & all colleges are planning to start programs by fall 2013 Fall 2013 MoMan will have more than 300 participants enrolled Current MoMfgWINs Participant Profile 97% Male Average Age = 35 88% White and 12% Minority 76% Unemployed At Start of Program 19% Under-Employed At Start of Program 2% TAA Eligible 60% Low-Skilled In At Least One Academic Area Currently No Referral From Career Center 26% First-Time Enrolled In College
