SHADOW TALKING PRACTICE Shadow talking is repeating what a speaker is saying immediately after they say it. When you repeat what you hear, practice using the same stress, intonation, pace, and inflection as the speaker. Try to imitate the speaker as closely as you can. This will help your listening, pronunciation, and fluency. Be sure to choose a speaker who you enjoy listening to and practice the same example several times (at least). The more you repeat the same example, the more you will hear and improve each time.
