4. Experience of abseiling Yesterday I went abseiling. At first we put harnesses on and we had helmets for safety reasons. The first people went up and then they successfully reached the bottom. After 4 more it was my turn to go up. We put pulse rate packs on and I climbed up the ladder and Christie the instructor strapped me on to the ropes. I went slowly, but eventually caught up and came to the bottom and was very proud!

5. Music it In music we had to make our own tunes using music maker 7 deluxe. Music to accompany abseiling.

7. Keys to labels on graph A = climbing up the ladder. B = the lady strapping me. C = me leaning back and letting go of the rope. D = leaning over against bend over. E = coming down firmly.

8. A. When I went up the ladders I felt very scared and my heart was beating very fast. B. When I was at the top of the tower I felt even more terrified and my heart was really pumping. C. When I was hanging of the edge I thought I was going to die so then my heart was racing. D. When I was half way down I started to feel more relaxed and my heart was not beating that fast. E. When I got to the bottom I was relieved and I felt sooooo happy and my heart was calm. My Abseiling

9. Ear sensor I had a pulse rate pack on my back and on the pack there was a clip called a ear sensor which had 2 parts. A is the emitter, it sends a infra red light that passes on the heart rate from your ear to B. B is a receiver, it receives the rate then passes it on to the program that keeps all the information.

10. Animate I.T Today in I.T we did animation, and we had to do a animation on one of the session that we did in the week and it could be anything you did or you liked. I did it on climbing because it was one of the things I liked this week.

11. Today in I.T we had to do our own music about how we felt in our session.I did my music on my abseiling. Music I.T

13. !My music! This is about when we were doing the Puzzle hunt. It was meant to be about how I was trying to get things RIGHT !!! Music I.T

14. We made our own music, each of us made different ones I made swing on the swing in problem solving and abseiling down the tower. It is different sounds to make a tune. My Music

15. My animation is about low rope and I made it in cartoon it was fun and easy. Animate IT

16. ANIMATE IT In I.T we had to make an animated film on an activity. You can see archery and the low ropes.
