To retrieve your user name:  On the Log In screen, click 'Need your User Name?'  In the Email field, enter your email address and click Submit  If the email address you entered is in our records, we will send you an email with your User Name. The email also includes a link to reset your password, if applicable.  If the email address you entered is not in our records, the following message will appear: We were unable to find your information. Retype your Email Address and click Submit. If you need further assistance, contact us.contact us To reset your password:  On the Log In screen, click 'Need your Password?'  In the User Name field, enter your website User Name. If you do not know your user name, follow the instructions above.  Click Submit  We'll display the email address associated with your User Name and ask you to confirm it. If the email address is not yours, click Back in your browser to enter a different User Name. If the email address is yours, click Submit. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your Password.  Click the link in the email to open the Reset your Password web page.
