On September 11, 1786 James Madison arranged a meeting at Mann’s Tavern in Annapolis to discuss the possibility of revising the Articles of Confederation. Five states sent delegates, among those present were George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, and John Dickinson.

Yo, when I first got this Constitution it didn’t even have a Bill of Rights. I’ve gone ahead and installed 10 new amendments. That’s 10 new amendments that protects your basic rights and freedoms! Now this baby is raw!
