Manchester is the city of cotton It is situated nearly Pennine range on the river Erual; So, Manchester is located in the pits and because of this its climate is ideal for growing cotton; After the Industrial Revolution it became a center of cotton industry; In XIX century Manchester was called “Cottonopolis”. And nowadays this city it the largest of manufacturing of cotton in England. Cotton mills in 1820

Birmingham is a city of manufacturing From XIII century Birmingham became famous of its trade fairs. Then such natural resources as steel were founded near Birmingham. At the end of XVI century Birmingham was a center of steel manufacturing; There are a lot of rubber plantation there and rubber industry is also developing; Nowadays this is the industrial center, it is the second of number of population city after London;

Edinburgh is a city of historical buildings It is an industrial city with a lot of beautiful buildings: museums, galleries, churches and temples. University of Edinburgh was founded in 1583, it has several great buildings; Also the central part of Edinburgh is written at the List of World heritage Sites of the UK.
