12 The Executive Branch and The Constitution The Constitution gives executive powers-to carry out laws-to a President. His assistant is the Vice President. He serves a 4 year term-unlimited originally. Requirements: 35 years old US citizen 14 years Natural Born Citizen-at least one parent citizen

Obamacare) Veto potential laws (bills)
