1 LSOP Mentoring Program At the end of each quarterly meeting, an LSOP participant will be chosen to serve as the mentor for the next quarterly meeting. ATIS will notify the mentor when a registration is received from a new attendee

2 LSOP Mentoring Program - cont. Mentor Responsibilities: –Contact new attendees prior to meeting to answer any immediate questions –Provide new attendees with the URL address for obtaining soft copies of OBF Guidelines, LSOP PDR document and LSOP critical documentation checklist –During OBF week, hold Q&A session –Conduct “debriefing” conference call following OBF week

3 LSOP Mentoring Program - cont. New attendees will be given the opportunity to co-champion new issues introduced during their first meeting.
