Patterns The 3 patterns we will be covering are as follows: X pattern (cascade) Reverse Cascade Column
4
The “X” Pattern Can be performed utilizing 3 objects. An individual makes an x pattern as they throw the objects. When learning to juggle we will start with one object and learn the X pattern as a basis for juggling.
5
Reverse Cascade Pattern The reverse cascade pattern can be performed utilizing 3 objects. The individual will start by throwing an object from an outside to inside type pattern. The cascade pattern is a little more difficult than the X pattern.
6
Column Pattern This pattern can be done utilizing 3 objects. This pattern requires the individual to throw up to two objects simultaneously while maintaining a similar speed and height. This is the most difficult of our three patterns.
