Apply for Non-Immigrant “B” Visa -Foreigners who will enter Thailand for working have to apply for the Non- Immigrant B Visa at the Royal Thai Embassy or consulate in your home country. -The Visa holder should enter Thailand within 90 days after getting the Visa. -The Visa is valid for 90 days.

Apply for Work Permit Thailand Work Permits are needed by non Thais working in Thailand. Foreigners should apply for Temporary Work Permit before they begin to work. A Work Permit will be granted for not longer than the period of Visa permit.

Work Permit Fees 850 Baht for a three-month period 3,100 Baht for a one-year period

Apply for Extension of Stay Permit Foreigners must apply for an extension of stay for a maximum period of one year from the date of first entry into Thailand at the nearest immigration. The fee is 1,900 Baht for one-year permit.

Apply for 90 Days Notification All foreigners must notify the immigration officer if they stay in Thailand longer than the ninety days. No fee to pay.

Apply for Re-entry Permit If foreigners wish to leave Thailand for a period of time and want to return to Thailand, they must apply for a Re-entry Permit before leaving Thailand.

Fees for Re-entry Permit 1,000 Baht for “SINGLE” Re-entry. 3,800 Baht for “MULTIPLE” Re-entry.
