Put yourself in the shoes of your boss Apply the same standard you would apply to colleagues – not the “perfect” standard you have for yourself –If you are, where is the guilt coming from? –If you are not, make changes

When did you first hear them? Write down next to each if they are: Enabling = E Disabling = D This will help you identify which voices create which outcome for you when you hear them Eliminate Obstacles To Your Happiness
