Millennials Gen Y wants flexibility… Within the next 10 years, Generation Y will be almost ½ the workforce. Millennial employees today were 50% more likely to leave their jobs because they do not believe it is a “sound place to work.”

Customized Data thanks to Mobility 2020 600 employees (almost) across multiple locations A whopping 94.5% of respondents drive alone On average they travel 15 miles to work, spending 33 minutes getting to work and 37 to get home. The majority also commute during peak traffic hours Statistic is ten (10) points higher than most Austin employers Data shows that this distance puts employees ‘at risk’ from an HR/retention standpoint in urban areas with increasing congestion employees will seek jobs closer to home.

Telework 90% of survey respondents support UFCU offering a formal telework program. More than 60% could work from home 2-3 days per week.
