Overview: an Appraisal on SOAR Assign login (on request) Administrator Allocate Appraisers & Appraisees (& Appraisal Co-ordinator) Create Interview (done by either Admin or Appraiser) AppraiserAppraisee Complete Appraisal Forms (upload Supporting Info) Agree Confidentiality Statement (MUST) Submit Appraisal Forms (MUST) Reviews submitted Appraisal Forms & Supporting Info APPRAISAL INTERVIEW Drafts Form 4 summary Agrees and Signs Disagrees Process completed: automated email confirmations sent Signs and Forwards Requests changes

Key tasks for Appraisers Create appraisal interview on SOAR – Key first step: this allows Appraisees to submit forms for sharing with you – Meeting details (date/location etc) to be arranged first, before adding to SOAR Review submitted forms and documents prior to appraisal Create and Draft Form 4 – Summary of discussions – Proof of appraisal (when signed off) Complete Feedback Form 6b
