2 Forms of Writing Assignment Report Persuasive Explanation Recount Narrative Procedure

3 Overall Instructions: Take the text that you saved in student drive under common, Ramer, Forms of Writing. Create a power point presentation. Add your voices to each slide taking turns so that everyone has a chance to speak.

4 Step 1 Locate your form of writing anchor chart you created in Student drive, common, Ramer, forms of writing. Open WordQ from the start menu in languages. Open powerpoint. Begin with a title page with your form of writing on it. Be sure to include your names. Add a page with the Learning Goal Add a page with the Success Criteria Add examples from the internet of your form of writing.

5 Step 2 Once your powerpoint is complete, add voice. To do this, go to Slide Show, start narration. Push ok Start reading the slide. When you have finished speaking, count to 3 in your head and push the space bar. Let the next person narrate the next slide.

6 Step 3 Save your work in Student Drive, Common, Ramer, Forms of Writing. Don’t forget to name the file after your form of writing. You will need to use WordQ to ensure there are no spelling errors as this assignment will be published on the Wiki.

7 Tips When it is time to record your voices, decide in advance who will be speaking to which part. Practice a few times before recording. DO NOT laugh or make noises, this is to be a professional piece of work that other students will use as an anchor in their learning. Use this technique in future assignments.
