There is a mathematical short-cut for dividing fractions. The first fraction is MULTIPLIED by the RECIPROCAL of the second fraction. Reciprocal 1 4 2 5 5 2 4 1 3 4 1 2 ÷ = 1 2 1 3 2 3 4 2 1 1 = x = 2
