6 Ways to stay physical……. Exercise Keep a balanced diet. Stay away from drugs and alcohol

7 Emotional Wellness Ability to manage ourselves To acknowledge and share feelings

8 Ways to control emotions…. Talk to friends or family Exercise Write stuff down

9 Social Wellness Being able to relate with people Maintain and establish positive relationships

10 Ways to stay social… Try new clubs Play sports Try to meet new people Pick days to have fun with friends

11 Intellectual Wellness Opening your mind to new ideas Improving skills and seek challenges Lifelong learning
