16 Subject Selection Criteria Birth to three Enrolled in Early Intervention in Leavenworth County after 1999 Hearing loss greater than 20 HL dB bilaterally

17 Population 260 (1999 – 2003) Part C Eligible Infants and Toddlers –5 children diagnosed with >20 dB hearing loss sensorineural or conductive 4 actively followed by an audiologist and early intervention
