St. Petersburg – required documents Application Form - (ISM website) Application forms for the Exchange Program with St. Petersburg State University (ISM website) CV/Resumè Cover letter Confirmation of the degree of foreign language skills (certificate, exam in the Centre for Foreign Language Teaching of the University of Warsaw, or any other certification which states the degree of language skills) Document issued by the Dean’s Office stating the student’s average grade (average from the courses completed so far; in the case of 2 nd level studies, please provide the grade from the BA diploma and the average of grades from the 1 st level studies and the average from 2 nd level studies) Passport copy

Conditions for obtaining credit for studies abroad A student going abroad on an exchange to a partner university is obligated to obtain credit during the exchange for an equal number of courses during the stay abroad (the subject for subject rule). After being qualified for the scholarship, the student must contact the exchange co-ordinator and the head of the studies to set the curriculum during the stay in the partner university (learning agreement)

Application deadlines Deadline for the applications is: 10th November 2015 List of the successful candidates will be announced till 15th November 2015 Semester in Russia starts in February 2016
