Start drives specific focus, end tells us about knowledge gained. Also used to determine content knowledge

10. 10 Key ideas for TLC trainings Participants considering T 3 Regional certification: Clear understanding of expectations –12 hours of F2F PD required –120 people reached –Attendance at PD conferences strongly suggested –Submit proposals to present at T 3 Regionals, national, state and local conferences Participants have 5 weeks from the end date of the training to submit application for T 3 Regional Instructor consideration
