4. Introduction to the course The Law 12 course has been developed for high school students who have an interest in Canadian law and wish to understand how it functions within our society. While providing understanding as to how law functions in Canada, this course will develop the student’s critical thinking, organizational, and research skills

Should student be absent on that date, assignment is due upon her/his return unless otherwise pre-arranged with teacher. Throughout the most of the semester, students will be working on a Career Portfolio, a reflection journal and an end of the year project and presentation on Criminal Law
