6 6 Title ClearancePre-Closing Web-Based Closing Event Post Closing Workflow 1.Review LPOA process and confirm interest & access to high speed internet connection 2.Order is created in i Close and auto email invitation is sent to borrower 3.Borrower receives invitation email and proceeds to i Close website 4. Borrower authenticates, creates unique login and password, and downloads the LPOA 5.The i Close team confirms scheduled date/time, auto email confirmation is sent to borrower 6.The i Close team uploads loan documents to i Close website, auto mail is sent to borrower that document are ready for review 7. Borrower and i Close agent logs onto website and dials toll-free conference number at scheduled closing time 8. The i Close agent asks each borrower to click (Polling Question Answers) and verbally agree to the terms of each loan document 9. The i Close AIF will execute the loan documents on behalf of the borrower 10.The i Close team delivers the loan doc package to the lender and uploads signed documents for borrower, auto email sent 11.The loan is disbursed after the 3-day rescission period or that day if non-owner occupied property
