Now as our team expands, we are searching for a talented new colleague for the role of This role will be the part of our Commercial excellence team, next to Trade marketing, PRM and Category management areas to build a bridge between marketing and sales. Molson Coors Commercial Excellence Program (MCCEP) is a global framework to collect and follow best practices from all the countries. This program is not meant to be an audit system, is our chance to discover and utilize undiscovered opportunities and further potential to reach first class quality in commercial. MCCEP cover the whole business governance (Field sales, Wholesaler management, Key Account management, Trade Marketing/Category management, Revenue management, Human resources) therefore strong cooperation with these areas is essential for success. MCCEP manager has an important role to support our commercial strategy and ensure the excellent execution of it. The main purpose is to improve our commercial efficiency. Tasks: Coordinating MCCEP locally, implementing recommended standards, ensuring timely execution of assigned sales projects and its adherence to KPIs in field sale. Further development of standards and processes based on country specifics Cooperating and communicating effectively with stakeholders and ensuring quality communication of results on global and local level Measuring the efficiency of current processes in sales, monitoring strategic objectives, proposing and implementing systematic improvements Optimizing and designing data research for Sales, and suggesting development needs to IT department Special focus on Field Sales Management and HoReCa channel standards to improve efficiency, set up and control the related reporting system Essential for the job: Bachelors degree in Economics or Business Analyst At least 3 years working experience working in commercial area Relevant experience in Project management and Change management Ability to engage and involve stakeholders in active cooperation Excellent communication and presentation skills Good analytical skills, and ability to identify and execute action plans Excellence in MS Office (specially in Excel) Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) Driver’s license Place of work: Budapest The ideal candidate: Has gained relevant professional experience in commercial process development Able to understand the processes and working structure of Field sales Has adequate understanding of Commercial strategy Our offer: A chance to join a multinational company in dynamic growth Professional working environment with exciting challenges and growth opportunities Development and career opportunities on international level Join us now and be part of the adventure!
