2. Plaaning for Projects We’ve prepared a module estimate for
i) BNRGSK building at Block Hqrs of Rs.25 lakhs each.
ii) BNRGSK for GP Hqrs of Rs.10 Lakhs each.
iii) Farm Ponds
iv) Field Bunding
at DRDA,and circulated to all Blocks for adoption,which has helped us to maintain uniformity & speedy execution of projects.

3. Awareness Programme
A) MGNREGA Rath was made with various display banners explaining all aspects of MGNREGA in local language and was moved to villages forecasting the awareness among people.
B) MGNREGA Mela was conducted at Panchayat level where PRI members, SHG members ,Asha Karmi in addition to the villagers were invited.The problems & suggestion were discussed in the Mela.
C) Maha Palli Sabha was also called from 16th to 22nd May-2010 for selection of projects by the Pallisabha.

4. Steps taken for Quick completion of projects
Small projects are taken up and steps taken for complete those in a single phase, like small village roads, Small Farm ponds etc. Villagers are encouraged for coming together and finish the work within the scheduled time for work.

The cross bond was constructed over the perennial nallah called sunakota nalla
by which the water rises to the cultivable land and after completion of this project about

The tank at Colony 7 was the dmand for the people of S.B.Nuagam village since long
and the tank was excavated out of NREGA and no of mandays generated out

Remarks-
After this project the villagers of Kaudiaguda are mostly benefited During requirement of irrigation facilities around 22 Acres of agriculture field has been provided irrigation facilities . Around 28 numbers of ST households and 18 numbers of SC household are benefited after completion of this project.

Remarks-
After this project the beneficiary Jadu Kundu of Hatoguda village of Lima GP is highly benefited during his vegetable cultivation of around 2 Acres throughout the year.His economic status has been increased consturcion of farm pond through NREGS scheme and he is highly appreciate to get the benefit through scheme. The unskilled labourers are Mostly Benefited during the Execution of the Work.

Remarks-
After this project the villagers of Digapur ,Nuaguda, Nadialpallyare communicated with GP HQRs Digapur. Around 48 numbers of ST households and 22 numbers of SC household are benefited after completion of this project.

Desc-A perinial Source emerging from Purunapadar village is crossing the NH-43 under a culvert where the water was bonded by an earthen cofferdam by villagers for irrigation purpose . The cofferdam was washed away by rains in every year.
As per the persistence demand of farmers a concrete permanent diversion weir was to be constructed along the nallah, which will irrigated more aycut area like hectares .
