Administrator Login Input Username Input Password Click Submit after Username and password are inputed. In order to login to the server just type http://pwsdev.........../alternativedr/system/ and the default username: admin and password: 123456

Administrator Navigation Edit link is for editing or deleting blogs or products Templates link is for editing or adding new page/template Communicate is for sending emails Modules link will let you view all the add ons or plug ins for your expression engine My Account link will let you view the administrator settings Publish link is for adding new blogs or products Admin link is for the system administrator

Managing AlternativeDr.com Blogs In Publish link click the AlternativeDr to add blogs. Inside the AlternativeDr.com link will display the fields for the administrator to fill up for the blogs. The preview button will let you view a preview of the data's you inputed. Quick save will save your data's. Submit will save and exit in the form.

Managing Dr. Lloyd May's Blogs By clicking Dr. Lloyd May Blog it will open the a new window for adding the blogs that belongs to Dr. Lloy May blogs When Dr. Lloyd May Blog link is click it will the window similar to adding blogs for AlternativeDr.com but the only difference is that this blogs will be included to Dr. Lloyd May Blog.

Managing Miscellaneous Content By clicking the Miscellaneous Content it will redirect the admin to the add miscellaneous fields. The miscellaneous fields has similar functionality to the previous, adding blogs. The preview button will let you view a preview of the data's you inputed. Quick save will save your data's. Submit will save and exit in the form.

Managing Products By clicking the products it will redirect the admin to the add products. In adding products you can also upload images of the products you added. The preview button will let you view a preview of the data's you inputed. Quick save will save your data's. Submit will save and exit in the form.

ManagingProducts (Uploading Product Image) When the upload file link is click a window will pop up. The window will be containing file upload and file browser. File Upload is for uploading files and File browser is for browsing the files you have uploaded and will let you preview the image, insert link and insert URL's.

Managing Products (Adding product price and configuring your paypal payment gateway) Click Modules in the main navigation to view all the modules installed in your expression engine. By Clicking the simple commerce link will redirect you to the simple commerce form. In the simple commerce form you can modify you paypal settings or add/edit/delete products.

Managing Products (Configuring PayPal Settings) PayPal Account - The email address associated with the PayPal account processing payments for store purchases. Encrypt PayPal Buttons and Links? - Determines whether or not form data for PayPal purchase links and buttons is encrypted or not. Encryption greatly reduces the ability of someone to alter the purchase data for your items. ID Given to Public Certificate by PayPal - A unique ID that is supplied by PayPal after providing them with a public certificate. Public Certificate Path - The path to your public certificate file. Private Key Path - The path to your private key file. PayPal Certificate Path - The path to your PayPal certificate file. Temporary Encrypted Files Path - The path to your temporarily stored encrypted files. www.expressionengine.com

Managing Products (Managing Store Items) Add Item - The Add Item link allows you to select weblog entries to add as items to your store. Edit Items - The Edit Items link allows you to view and edit existing store items. Export Items - The Export Items link will export and download a tab-delimited file of all of your store items, for easy import into other applications. Overview The Edit Items screen gives you at a glance an overview of your store items, their price, sale status, and number of purchases. You may select items to edit or delete by checking the boxes on the right and selecting the appropriate action from the drop-down menu next to the Submit button. Items may be added by clicking the Add Items button on the top right. Item Management Adding Items From the Simple Commerce module's control panel home page, or from the Edit Items section, click Add Items. You will be presented with a familiar looking screen, one that looks much like the Edit section of the Control Panel, and can in fact perform searches here using the same methods. To add Store Items, simply check the boxes to the right of the items you wish to add to your store, and then click Submit (Add Item should appear as the action in the drop-down menu next to the Submit button). www.expressionengine.com

Managing Products (Adding / Editing Item Details) www.expressionengine.com When editing a store item or adding a new one, you will be presented with the following form. If you selected multiple items, you will be able to see and edit the details for each item all from the same page. Regular Price - This is the price the item will normally be sold for. Required. Sale Price - When on sale, the item will be sold for this price. Required, even if the price is the same as the regular price. Use Sale Price? - When checked, the item will be sold at the Sale Price instead of the Regular Price Item Enabled - When checked, the item will be enabled and available for purchase. If unchecked, the Simple Commerce Purchase tag will not show details, purchase links, or buttons for this item. Admin Email Address - Send administrator email notifications for this item to the specified email address. Admin Email Template - The email template that will be used to generate administrator notification emails for this item. Customer Email Template - The email template that will be used to generate customer notification emails for this item. New Member Group - If selected, a member who purchases this item will automatically be moved to the designated member group for this item. For example, you could have a member group called "member_paid" and when a current registered member purchases an item called "Yearly Membership" the member group would be automatically switched to the "member_paid" member group.

Managing Products (Managing Store Purchases) Add Purchase - The Add Purchase link allows you to manually add purchases to your store. This can be useful if you want to keep track of purchases made before you began using the Simple Commerce system, or that come from a source other than PayPal. Edit Purchases - The Edit Purchases link allows you to view and edit information for existing store purchases. Overview The Edit Purchases screen gives you at a glance an overview of your store purchases, the purchaser, date, and price of purchases. You may select items to edit or delete by checking the boxes on the right and selecting the appropriate action from the drop- down menu next to the Submit button. Purchases may be added by clicking the Add Purchases button on the top right. The details of the PayPal transaction are output to the file as a serialized array.

Purchaser's Screen Name - The screen name of the member who purchased the item. Item Purchased - The item that was purchased. Date Purchased - The date of the purchase. Item Cost - The price payed for the item purchased.

Editing Blogs/Products Description The top of the Edit page allows you to filter and search for entries using a various criteria such as weblog, category, date, order, etc. The main table shows the following columns: > # : The entry ID number for the entry. > Entry Title : Clicking the link will open the entry for editing. > View : The link in this column will display the entry for you. > Live Look : This link allows you to view the entry in a template of your choice. This will appear in place of the View link when a template is specified in the preferences for the weblog. > Comments : The "View" link allows you to edit the comments. > Trackbacks : This column lists the number of trackbacks associated with the entry. The "View" link allows you to easily view and edit the trackbacks. > Author : The name of the entry author. > Date : The date and time assigned to the entry. > Weblog : The short name of the weblog that the entry is assigned to. > Status : The status that the entry is assigned to www.expressionengine.com

Editing Blogs/Products Description (Edit/Delete/View Comments) When clicking the comment title will let you edit the comment. When the author is click will let you view all of his/her comments. When the email is click, an MS outlook will pop for you to send an email. The action fields will let you check column and will let you select the commands depending on what you selected on the drop down menu.
