BIAS (Noun) a particular tendency or inclination, especially one that prevents unprejudiced consideration of a question; prejudice (dictionary.com). What sort of biases might there be in these articles?

Blind Auditions - The Voice vs. Idol Blind Auditions Fox News vs. MSNBC OJ Simpson case Jury selection process George Carlin once said you don't have to lie to get out of jury duty... Just tell them you're perfect because you can tell if people are guilty just by looking at them. How does bias affect the credibility of a source?

Let's say... A man is trying to decide whether to get his TV service from DirecTV or Optimum. A year ago, his car was hit by an Optimum service van, and he had to pay $500 in repairs. What company do you think he will choose? A woman is being considered to serve on the jury for a case involving the murder of a child. She has 3 small children, so the defense dismisses her from the jury selection process. Why?
