To locate information Alphabetically (A to Z) To locate information Numerically 5 key words to look for in questions: –First –Last –Least –Most –any “est” word If you see these words in a question, SORT!

Look for the key words. Underline the key word. Which field will you sort? Circle it. What word in the question suggests what the answer be? Draw a box around it.
