9/11/2001 Poem / Memorial Tribute / Response Typed 150 words or more (75) Due Sept. 10 (5.4) 5 literary terms (10 each = 50): simile, metaphor, rhyme, imagery, connotation, denotation, personification, onomatopoeia, alliteration, allegory An image to represent the poem topic (on/in poem) Topics include (25): fire, police, military or 9/11 *EC* Honored guest in the above categories + 20 Dress Up or Bring Props to share on 9/11 for presentation +10 Presentation (50): Tell the audience the image connection and the topic … Extra Credit to read the poem aloud +20 to the class and honored guests
