When you think of a gifted learner, what comes to mind?

Asychronous development is when the child’s social, emotional, physical, and mental development are out of synch with normal childhood development and/or with each other. ** Gifted children are by definition asynchronous in their development

No program is “perfect”, but trying to include as many of the program components and research-based practices as humanly possible, keeping in mind the “Bill of Rights” can provide learners with gifts and talents with a very satisfactory preparation for their world to come!
