Jami and Jen’s Big Adventure

As you can see Jami and Jen were bored of life in Stanford Kentucky so they decided to take a Road Trip!

First Stop… Nashville, Tennessee Population: 609,644 Favorite Food: Bar-b-que Fav. Tourist attraction: The Grand Ole Opry Nashville was chosen for our first stop because everyone needs to let their country out every once in awhile…. Stanford to Nashville= 208.19

Second Stop.. Myrtle Beach, SC Population: 29,175 Favorite Food: Seafood Favorite Tourist Attraction: Ripley’s Aquarium Myrtle Beach We chose Myrtle Beach for a day of relaxation on the beach. Nashville to Myrtle Beach= 605.30mi

Our Third Stop…. Summit, NJ Population: 21,988 Favorite Food: Pizza Favorite Tourist Attraction: Reeves-Reed Arboretum We visited Summit NJ because it is Mr. Pease hometown and maybe his relatives will feed us on the trip or something…. Myrtle Beach to Summit NJ= 657.4 mi

Fourth Stop… New York, New York Population: 8.406 million Favorite Food: Cronut Favorite tourist attraction: Times Square We visited New York City to see the big City and do some shopping Summit to New York City=23.3 mi

Fifth and Final Stop.. Las Vegas, Nevada Population: 603,488 Favorite Food: Cheese Steaks Favorite Tourist Attraction: Casinos We chose our last stop to be Las Vegas so we could spend any money we have left on gambling and maybe win the money we spent on our road rip bac New York City to Las Vegas=2,524.04mi

Road Trip Complete! Las Vegas to Stanford= 1,948.6 mi Our trip consisted of visiting many different cities but by graphing out our easiest path using the tools we learned in Math 111 we were able to make the most of our 5 city trip.
