Child Protection Project for Street Children REPORTREPORT

INTRODUCTION The phenomenon of street children poses a complex social challenge. These children are at alarmingly high risk for a myriad of physical and psychological problems as a direct consequence of life on the streets. Child Protection Project has been initiated for street children to bring normalcy in their life. The qualified and dedicated staff is providing free education and lunch to alleviate their sufferings and to enable them to become good citizen.

ACTIVITIES OF STREET CHILDREN Begging Washing cars Selling paper tissues, newspapers and other items on streets Collecting garbage from dumpsites Work temporarily in shops/workshops Prostitution (rare cases)
