2 What is an Objective Pronoun? An Objective Pronoun is used as a Direct Object, Indirect Object, and an Object of a Preposition. Some examples of object pronouns are me, you, him, her, it, us, you (plural), and them. An Ex. Of using objective Pronouns in a sentence… After the car crash everyone was around them.

3 3 Different ways to use Objective Pronoun Direct Object- An objective pronoun used as a direct appears with an action verb and answers the question Whom? or What? Ex. The coach yelled at her. Indirect Object- An objective pronoun used as an indirect object appears with an action verb and a direct object. It answers the question To? or for whom? Or To? or For What? Ex. My mom gave me breakfast. Object of Preposition- An objective pronoun can also be the object of a preposition. Ex. Our cooking club awarded him best cooker of the week.

5 Nominative Pronouns A nominative Pronoun is usually the subject of the sentence. They also do the action in that sentence. Nominative pronouns are near the beginning of the sentence. A nominative Pronoun is used as the subject of the verb and also as a Predicate Pronoun.

6 Examples of using a Nominative Pronoun. Examples of nominative Pronouns are I, you, he, she, it, we, you(plural), and they. Some examples of using a nominative pronoun in a sentence is… I am the record holder for not blinking. He is good at running. They are twins that like to fish.
