4. What Really Happens Potential energy of spring changes to kinetic energy of tennis ball. Gravitational potential energy of hot wheel and conservation of momentum from tennis ball provides velocity of the hot wheel. Gravitational potential energy of marbles become kinetic energy to move down pipe.
