A girl who finds artistic inspiration and exercises creativity through experimenting with dots. 2. Why did the teacher frame Vashti’s dot? The teacher appreciated Vashti’s courage to try something new. 3. What inspired Vashti to make more dots? Encouragement from the teacher and knowing she could put more effort into the work she had done. She could make better “dots” than that. 4. What made Vashti “creative?” She experimented with the dots changing the color, size and technique she used to create them. She kept changing the way she made dots.
