Methodology A survey covering a wide range of subject areas including areas of editorial interest, profile of respondents and cross- media readership were asked in a survey emailed to recipients of the OECD newsletter. The following is a summary of the responses. The research was carried out in Aug/Sept 03 with 300E as an incentive to reply. 423 responses were received.

Selection of further comments about OECD Observer (magazine or website) Useful and relevant. Strength to strength and all that! All the best, Lorcan. Keep up the good work! OECD Reports and Guides on dangerous chemical substances are excellent, I would like to have more publications to download free from the OECD website. I enjoy the observer’s view of social and economic issues. Its not often that you find broad, statistically solid and lively coverage of socio-economic issues. Source: OECD Research 2003
