B ACKGROUND O F T HE S TUDY The process of recording sales, reservations, purchases and other things manually, so takes a long time to doing it. The process of selling only a memo. Sometimes ordering items and there item are still supplies, maybe are not visible or wedged among the other irons. The purchase process has no special, only by phone or sales visit this store, so the owners just save the purchase note provided from suppliers after the irons have arrived. Payment process, owners do not know when the maturity of the purchase, so owners wait invoice from the supplier.

T HE P URPOSE O F T HE S TUDY The purpose of this thesis is to make the application of information systems administration about the purchase, sales, and other reports need by this stores.

S COPE Purchase Purchases to the suppliers can be ordered if the items are not ready. Changing the status of the items from the booking becomes available. Purchase transactions can be handled in cash or credit (credit service done once). Selling Selling transactions can be handled in cash or credit (credit service done once). Return Returns only in the purchasing process to the supplier. Stock Give warning to the minimum stock. Making adjustments to inventory. Displays inventory with outgoing and incoming items. Manage the flow of expenditures using the LIFO method to perform calculations based on cost of sales of goods accord items that last received by this store.

T HE O LD S YSTEM At the time of booking purchase to the supplier, this store did not record the ordered items to the supplier, it is only through brain memory. So that when the items has arrived, the owner of this store can not see whether previously been doing the booking. Often happened mistake in the order of items. For example the order was still there when iron supplies, and that no supplies are not ordered. When selling to the customers, this store uses notes and no archive, so it is difficult to check the remaining stock. When payment process, the owner does not know when the maturity of the purchase, because so many purchases, so the owners wait for the invoice from the supplier, and suppliers are given cash, demand deposits or checks for payment. When selling to the customer, this shop there is no listing of stocks have been sold. So that can happen stock shortages or stock empty at this store.

On the first point this store problems require purchase order, so it can know whether the demand for items had previously been doing. In the second and third points problem this store need a reports card stock with LIFO method, in order to know whether the stock of iron in this store are still available or not. At four points this shop need payable-receivable reports to assist in viewing the final maturity date of debt-existing accounts. On the fifth point problems this store need a warning to the minimum stock in order to help the stock was not until empty. Sales analysis reports on the best seller products to assist customers in selecting products of iron. Income statement to find out if this store experiencing a gain or loss. C ONCLUSION Conclusion who finded from this thesis consists of the listing of items, suppliers and customers; recording and data storage purchases and sales, along with reports and the minimum warning stock; returns data recording purchase; recording of payment data from sales and purchases, stock opname; LIFO method of recording stock card; such as report cards by using the LIFO method, purchasing and sales, reports on the best seller products, payable-receivable reports, income statement, and Report Cost of Goods Sold. But not yet tested in real on this store.

R ECOMMENDATION Based on of the results of testing these application there are suggestion such as: creation of accounting system such as journals and balance reports. Prediction using specific method to help predict when the quantity of goods is not sufficient.
