Immediate Dead Ball 1.Pitch Touches a batter or his clothing 2. Illegally batted ball A. Hitting the ball (foul or fair) with either foot or knee the ground completely touching the ground outside the lines of the batters box or touching home plate. B. Batter entering the batter’s box with an illegal bat or discovered to have used an illegal bat (if discovered before next pitch).
