2. My name is Stephen.

3. I am happy to be here. This is my first time in Taiwan. I am from Dayton, Ohio, U.S.A.

4. Education: B.A. in English Literature Certified TEFL teacher

5. Experience: Instructed Chinese, Korean, and Saudi Arabian students for 200 hour certification course. Taught Junior High and Elementary School in Katsuyama, Japan. Facilitated adult conversation class in Fukui, Japan. Led after-school program for elementary school children, Katsuyama, Japan.

6. Teaching philosophy: Assist students in developing knowledge, creativity, and self reliance. Foster and develop strong study skills and a diligent work ethic. Prepare students for the academic rigors of High School.

7. Expectations: Minimal Chinese usage during class time. Timely completion of homework and all class assignments. Respect for teachers, fellow students, and school property.
