I/O testing with basic PLC standard software suite (done by the Contractor) Power available in the cubicles and all equipment cabled to the PLCs Supplier able to charge the basic PLC configuration and test all I/Os from within the software 2. I/O testing with CERN software (done by CERN with presence of Contractor) Test report from phase one validated by CERN Setup of instrumentation is finished (scaling of analog probes, pressostats, …) All hardware responding to commands Contractor able to force all I/Os electrically 3. Functional testing with CERN software (done by CERN with presence of Contractor) All hardware and instrumentation operating according to specifications (failsafe positions on dampers, electrical equipment protections all working, etc) Ability to run the units and test regulation loops 4. Commissioning (done by CERN with the presence of Contractor) Installation able to work at the design envelope conditions (nominal flow and power, …)
