Topics Discussed and Actions (continued) Recent case: – The plaintiffs in the recent conflict of interest case involving an AE and a reviewer have requested that the case be re-opened – The PESS decided not to re-open the case New case: – AIAA staff discovered potential copyright infringement and self-plagiarism of articles that had been published in an AIAA journal – We have found significant AIAA copyrighted material was published in a recent edited book published by Springer – We are working with the AIAA attorney in parallel
